What daily habits should every entrepreneur acquire?...
Every prosperous entrepreneur from the past and present has followed a distinctive path that basically led to their success, but they all have do the same thing : they all adopted certain habits along the way that made it conceivable for them to achieve their goals and succeed.
Getting up early
Harvard biologist Christoph Randler has studied whether waking up earlier really has an effect on things like productivity and prosperity .He surveyed 367 university students and asked them what time of day they felt most active and how willing they were to “take action to change a situation to their best.” He eventually found that early risers tend to be more energetic than others.
Exercising usually and eating healthy
When you’re busy building a business, it’s easy to neglect yourself that you just don’t have time to workout or eat healthy.
Numerous of studies have advised that poor health can lead to low productivity .One study published in the journal Population Health Management found that, “eating unhealthily is linked with a 66% increased risk of loss of productivity, while rare exercise is linked with a 50% increased risk of low productivity,” and also "total health-related employee productivity loss accounts for 77% of all such loss and costs employers two to three times more than annual healthcare expenses."
Do the most important tasks first
This simple habit has been around for some time and used by many as a way to increase productivity. Author Brian Tracy—writer of the best-selling book Eat That Frog!—claims it was Mark Twain who once said that, “if the first thing you do each morning is to eat a live frog, you can go through the day with the satisfaction of knowing that that is probably the worse things that is going to happen to you all day long.”
“Frogs” are the tasks or projects that haven’t been able to execute yet.
Meeting with a mentor and mentoring others
The conversations you will have with your mentor will change the way you do business. It’s important to value the relationship and the exchange of ideas so much This will be reflected on your business growth, managing employees, and communicating with clients etc
Empower other people and let them help you build your business
When you spend so much time creating your business from its infancy to something that’s literally viable and profitable, it can be difficult to delegate responsibilities and projects. But this is an important step in order for you to see the bigger picture. To take decisions that will help you become more successful.
Learning to let other people deal with your responsibilities isn’t easy and it will take time to get used to, but it’s actually essential if you want to be prosperous as an entrepreneur and business leader.
